The Operations
Services Group (OSG), a division of OEHC, is designed to assist field
facilities with safety, health, environmental, & engineering issues to
protecting the health of their workforce, reducing liabilities, and
meeting regulatory compliance issues.
Different from the Corporate Services Group (CSG), which works directly
for the Corporate Managers, the OSG works directly with the appropriate
field facility manager of safety, health, engineering, environmental,
and/or Human Resources. The objective is to build a strong and long-term
relationship to assist with meeting corporate objectives, philosophies,
systems, continuity, and the different State & Federal Regulations.
Also, the Operations Services Group works with the OEHC Corporate Services
Group on issues that may be of vital importance, high priority, unique to
the particular field facility, sensitive to field facility, and/or require
a systematic approach that may need to be coordinated with, review by,
and/or approval from the Corporate Manager.
The Corporate Services Group Associates consist of Master degreed
individuals with several certifications & registrations, and more
importantly, with no less than 10 years experience in their particular
field. The Associates have trained, consulted, advised, developed, and
presented issues on safety, health, industrial hygiene, environmental, and
engineering, related to the health of the workforce, the public, and the
environment for over 1500 industries and businesses to include Dupont,
Whirlpool, GE, Trane,, Coors, Pillsbury, Cargill, and Emerson Motors, to
mention a few.
The Operations Services Group is designed to provide services from a
“holistic” perspective and have the availability to respond quickly. The
OSG is structured to be flexible for production needs for training
purposes, and is able to conduct training, minor consultations &
assessment such as HAZWOPER Training, Lockout/Tagout Training, HAZCOM
training, Machine Specific Lockout/Tagout Procedure development, On-Site
Hearing Test & Training, and over 115 more services.
